Be friends with routine!

I remember how I was scared of routine. Doing the same things day by day scared me. Little did I know that those movements help your body be in a rhythm.

Routine helps you overcome depression and feeling out of place. It helps putting your daily life in structure. It helps you plan your days. You don’t have to live in the unknown.

Reasons why routine is important:

1.You can create your own To-Do List

Checking things off a list never felt this good before. No, really, try it. It’s as if you’re proving yourself that you’re capable of anything!

2.You will be in rhythm!

And your health will be thankful to you. Daily routine takes away the stress from the unknown. You don’t have to run around, thinking what will happen and when will it happen, if you’re in routine.

3. Say goodbye to bad habits

Routine leaves no time for bad habits. It’s that simple. Following daily tasks, you will notice that you won’t have free time for habits that weren’t good for you. You will be your own priority.

4. Relax time gets more amazing!

It really does. After a hard day of working, you’ll feel in heaven when you leave your work for home. Also, you’ll find that the time you spend doing what you like will feel 10 times better!

5. What is procrastination?

It’s in the past! Since you won’t have much free time, you have to plan your free time! And tasks, that are burning, need to be done in time! No more blank space in your planner. No more space to use for your lazyness.

6. Good night sleep!

According to the National Sleep Foundation, going to bed at the same time every night, and waking up at the same time each morning  can help regulate the body’s internal clock.

Get ready to feel fresh and good at 8 AM!!

So, what are you waiting for? Be friends with routine! It can be a good thing!

The Law of Attraction and Manifestation

I have been going through YouTube videos that teach you how everything is possible in this world.

You have to make a wish. You have to write it down and not tell anyone. You need to put out the energy of what you want. You have to think about that in details.

Give out positive, loving energy! It’s a “give and take” with universe and “give and take” with people!

Take your time to understand yourself. Find your self-love. Practice and put effort over not beating yourself up on little things. Stop comparing yourself to others and embrace yourself! Be amazing for yourself!

Stop putting out blocks if you want something! Stop saying “I can’t have this because…”!

How can the universe give you what you want if your hands are in your pockets? You need to believe in yourself 100 000%!!!!

Life is magic and wonderful. Don’t waste your energy on negative things!

Life is special. World is special. Enjoy every day! Live with open mind!

Daily education

I was going through my Twitter and all the random people I use to follow, and a tweet caught my attention. It was just a sentence but it made me think for a while.

“Don’t educate me.” The person wrote at somebody who was trying to point them wrong on a topic that I can’t remember.

I know that it’s none of my business but I’m a part of the people who believe that no one can be well-educated on any topic that’s known for mankind. Daily growth involved education. Everyone should spend time to get to know things better.

Don’t people feel the need to learn things?

Since when did pointing out your ideas or thoughts turn into such a bad thing? Since when we started to scream at those who try to fix our mistakes and make us better people?

Is it a part of this society’s egocentrism? Of trying to be the most right about the world while there are so many things that you know nothing about? And why did the society made “learning” as something that’s not “cool”?

FLOW – realize your potential

Few days ago I attended a lecture about realizing your potential, based on the things you like to do, also know as your inner FLOWS.

FLOW has 3 key notes – positivity, perception and energy.

In daily life you get filled with toxins that make you feel gloomy and low. Your “flows” clears the toxins out from you by active movements. Either it’s dancing or writing, you stimulate your brain’s emotional part to move.

Thanks to your “flows”, you have energy to communicate and to understand the things around you.

You can define your flows by the things you like to do, the things that make you feel good and full of energy.

You can find “flows” in school, in education, in work and in your personal life.

Either it’s your preferences to work alone/in groups, work at mornings/day-time/night, write/listen, face to face/ by online classes.

Flow – the secret to your happiness.

Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi asks, “What makes a life worth living?” Noting that money cannot make us happy, he looks to those who find pleasure and lasting satisfaction in activities that bring about a state of “flow.”

Fulfill your days with as many FLOWS as you can!!!!

People travel to seek a break from daily routine

Traveling and tourism is a great way to try to find answers to questions you can’t seem to figure out. It’s a  great way to clear your mind from stressful thoughts.

These days, traveling takes a remarkable space in the World’s economy. With traveling, networking abroad gets easier to be done than it was ages ago. Also, a huge impact from technologies and the Internet has given traveling a chance to become more requested for business and social activities.

There are people who describe traveling as their hobby to meet new people, get familiar with other country’s culture and take a break from daily life routines. Being somewhere else, away from the stressful daily activities and busy schedule, it’s possible to find peace that was somehow missing.

According to Travelers’ Choice Destinations in 2015, winning destination, based on millions of reviews by travellers, was Marrakech in Morocco which is a magical place to find inner peace and get lost in historic Medina. Second place winner was Siem Reap in Cambodia, popular by its temples and ruins of Angor Wat. Third place went to Istanbul in Turkey, where Europe meets Asia and breath taking architecture meets 21st century’s modern restaurants and nightlife.  Fourth place went to Hanoi in Vietnam, which is an old city that has aged well, adding with time some modern developments to their architecture.  In fifth place was Prague in Czech Republic with its bohemian allure and fairytale features.  Looking over this published data, it’s confirming that people travel to seek a break from their busy work style.
